What the Proof Library is for

The Proof Library is the single destination for everything your campaigns have produced and approved. Once a submission is approved, it lands here automatically, no matter which campaign it came from or which proof type it is.

Use it to:

  • Browse approved proof across every campaign at once.
  • Narrow proof by type, campaign, or recency.
  • Pull a video, a quote, or a link out for reuse elsewhere.

It is intentionally a browsing and reuse surface, not a publishing tool, a design tool, or a collection builder.

How items are listed

Approved proof is shown in a multi-column card layout. The layout is designed for scanning across mixed proof formats: video thumbnails, written quotes, and review or social screenshots can all sit on the same page.

  • Newer approved proof surfaces before older proof.
  • The page header shows the title Proof Library and the description Browse and manage all approved social proof.
  • The current total item count for the active filters is shown on the page.
  • Proof loads in batches with skeleton cards while loading, and a Load more action fetches the next set.

Each card carries a type badge, a content preview, the submitter identity, the campaign name, the approval date, and the actions available for that proof type.

The Proof Library list view with mixed proof types so reviewers see what the page looks like at a glance

Opening a submission

A card gives you enough context to decide whether to act, but reviewing a submission usually means opening it.

  • Video testimonial cards: clicking the video preview opens playback in a dedicated dialog.
  • Written testimonial cards: the testimonial text is shown directly in the card body, with a Copy action that puts the quote on the clipboard.
  • Review cards: these can show a screenshot preview and a platform logo; an Open link action takes you to the original review on the source platform.
  • Social post cards: similar to reviews; a screenshot preview and an Open link action to the published post.

Use the per-card action when you only need to read or reuse the proof. Open the submission detail view from the corresponding campaign when you need the full submission context, including the rating, the main question, and any bullet guidance the submitter saw.

Review actions

The Proof Library lists approved proof. Approval and rejection happen on the campaign’s submission view, not inside the library.

When reviewing pending items on a campaign:

  • Approve a submission to move it into the Proof Library on the next load.
  • Reject a submission to stop it from appearing in the library; the campaign keeps the record but the library does not show it.
  • Where the campaign supports a rejection reason, capture it so the submitter and the team understand why the item was not used.

Once a submission is approved, the library shows it automatically; there is no separate publish step. If approval was wrong, the fix happens on the campaign, not in the library: open the submission there and change its state.

The filter row at the top of the page lets reviewers narrow what they see. Filters combine, and the item count updates as filters change.

  • Type: All Types, Video Testimonial, Written Testimonial, Review, Social Post.
  • Campaign: narrow to one campaign.
  • Date: All Time, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days.

If no items match the active filters, the page surfaces a clear empty state explaining that no results match and prompting you to adjust the filters. Filtering or sorting by star rating is not part of this version.

What changes after approval

Approving a submission has effects beyond the Proof Library. The campaign’s reward and notification behavior is configured per campaign, so this section describes what the library itself does:

  • The approved item appears in the library on the next load.
  • The card renders with the right action for its type: play for video, Copy for written testimonials, Open link for reviews and social posts.
  • The reward and submitter-email behavior linked to approval is handled by the campaign’s reward configuration; the library is not the trigger surface.

Rejected items never appear in the library.

Bulk actions

This version of the Proof Library focuses on single-card actions, play, Copy, Open link, and download for video. Bulk approval, bulk reject, and bulk export are not part of the library in this version.

If you need to move quickly through many submissions, do it on the campaign’s submissions view rather than the library.

Tips for review consistency

A few habits help keep reviews consistent across people and time:

  • Open the submission detail view when the card does not give you enough context, for example, when the rating, the main question, or the bullet guidance matters.
  • Treat the submitter identity carefully: the card falls back to email when a name is missing, so verify the person before reusing the quote externally.
  • Keep an eye on legacy items: testimonials submitted before the redesigned collection page do not have a star rating and may not have a captured name. Their cards render without those fields rather than showing empty values.
  • Use Type and Date filters together when looking for the freshest video or text proof to reuse in a campaign or deck.
