Proof Library

Audience: Marketers and admins

The Proof Library is the destination for everything your campaigns have produced. Once a submission is approved, it lands here automatically, regardless of which campaign it came from or what type of proof it is.

It is a browsing and reuse surface, not a publishing tool, not a design tool, not a Wall of Love. Embeds, collections, hosted proof pages, sentiment analysis, and proof editing are not part of this version. If you need to share proof externally, you copy it out of here.

What lives here

Approved proof only. Pending, draft, and rejected submissions stay in the submissions table on their campaign. Once an item is approved, it appears in the library on the next load; there is no extra publishing step.

Proof types in the library:

  • Video testimonials: thumbnail with a play affordance, duration when available, download action.
  • Written testimonials: testimonial text shown directly on the card, with a Copy action for quick reuse.
  • Reviews: screenshot preview where available, platform logo, and an Open link action that takes you to the original review on the source platform.
  • Social posts: screenshot preview and an Open link action to the published post.

Every card shows enough context that someone who did not run the original campaign can still trust it: submitter name (or email as fallback), campaign name, and approval date. Testimonial cards also show the star rating.

How to find something fast

The filter row supports:

  • Type: All Types, Video Testimonial, Written Testimonial, Review, Social Post.
  • Campaign: narrow to one campaign.
  • Date: All Time, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days.

Filters combine. The page shows the total item count for the current filter set. Items are sorted most recent first.

How items are loaded

Proof loads in batches, not all at once. Skeleton cards appear while a batch is loading, and a Load more action fetches the next set. This keeps the page usable as your approved-proof volume grows.

Empty states

  • No proof yet. The page explains that approved submissions appear automatically and links back to campaigns so you can launch one.
  • Filters return nothing. The page tells you no results match the current filters and prompts you to adjust them.

What you cannot do here

  • Edit proof content.
  • Tag or annotate items.
  • Build a curated collection or Wall of Love.
  • Generate public proof links or embed snippets.
  • Filter or sort by star rating in this version.

These are intentional scope choices; they may move in later versions.
