Getting Started
Audience: Marketers and admins
This section takes you from a brand-new account to a live campaign in one session. HighAdvocacy uses a guided onboarding flow that scans your website, pre-fills your brand profile, and suggests campaign ideas, so most setup is review-and-confirm rather than configure-from-scratch.
If you have just signed up, follow the three docs below in order. If you were invited to an existing workspace, you can skip onboarding entirely; the invite link signs you in and drops you in the workspace.
The product in one page: areas, roles, and the typical end-to-end flow.
What HighAdvocacy doesSign in with magic link, confirm your brand profile, and review detected platforms.
First workspace setupPick a starter idea, confirm rewards and platforms, and publish.
Launch your first campaignRecommended sequence
- Read What HighAdvocacy does so you know which pieces of the product you will use.
- Complete First workspace setup. Onboarding creates the workspace, names you Owner, and pre-fills brand identity from your domain.
- Use Launch your first campaign to pick a starter idea (volume sprint, cross-platform coverage, or always-on loop), confirm the pre-filled config, and publish.
What to expect during onboarding
- Sign-up is email-based. You enter your work email, get a magic link, and click it within 15 minutes.
- Brand profile is auto-detected. Company name, logo, brand color, description, and known review and social profiles are pulled from your website. You confirm or correct anything that looks wrong.
- At least one review or social platform is required before you can continue past the profile step.
- Campaign creation is not skippable. The flow ends on a pre-filled campaign you can publish or edit.
If you abandon onboarding partway through, the workspace still exists; your next sign-in resumes where you left off.
After onboarding
Returning users land on the Campaigns list, not the onboarding flow. All onboarding data (brand identity, platforms, competitors) is editable from Settings, so nothing entered during onboarding is locked in.
